Over the years our members have completed research on a large number of projects and have prepared the information and printed it in book form. The books are now available to our members for their individual research and are available for sale to the public for a minimal fee to cover the cost of printing.
CEMETERIES OF NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY
The Miramichi Genealogy Society has assembled books that list tombstone transcriptions from cemeteries in Northumberland County. Transcriptions of all intact stones were compiled and assembled in book form. There is a book printed for each parish in the county.
FIRST FAMILIES OF NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY
The Miramichi Genealogy Society has assembled books of the first families of Northumberland county. The information gathered was the result of a lot of painstaking work by individuals and their families and was presented to our Society for display, research, and storage purposes.
CENSUS STATS OF NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY
The Miramichi Genealogy Society has assembled books that contain the complete, fully indexed, census information about individuals in Northumberland County. Transcriptions have been done for the years 1851, 1861, 1871, 1881, 1891, and 1901.
EARLY CHURCH RECORDS
The Miramichi Genealogy Society is a Branch of the New Brunswick Genealogy Society has assembled books that list Early Anglican Marriages and Baptisms. Transcriptions were compiled from Early Anglican Church records and assembled in book form. Data from early Roman Catholic Church records were also used.
ONGOING PROJECTS
Members are currently compiling vital stats from local newspapers that include obituaries, marriages, anniversaries, births, memoriams, personal profiles, and historical articles. This information will be made available and added to our site as it is ready.

Meeting Information
Our members meet the 4th Tuesday of every month (except June, July, August and December) at the Chatham Library from 6:15 to 8:00 pm.
Guests are always welcome.
