Mr. Alderic MARTIN, 76, of Baie Ste-Anne, passed away on June 25, 2000 at Mount St. Joseph Nursing Home, Miramichi, NB. Born in Baie Ste-Anne, he was the son of the late Leo and Alice [MAZEROLLE] MARTIN. He was a fisherman, and a member of St. Anne Roman Catholic Church, Baie Ste-Anne, NB.<br /> He is survived by 3 brothers: Leo, Cyril, and Eutrope, all of Baie Ste-Anne; 2 sisters: Miss Rose May MARTIN, Miss Anita MARTIN, of Baie Ste-Anne.<br /> He is predeceased by one sister, Yvonne CARROLL.<br /> The remains rested at Baie Ste-Anne Slumber Room Tues., June 27 from 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian burial was held at St. Anne Roman Catholic Church, Baie Ste-Anne on Wed., June 28 at 4 pm with Fr. Norman Drisdelle officiating.<br /> Active pallbearers were: Alonzo, Edmond, Daniel CARROLL, Adrien McINTYRE, Rosaire MANUEL, and Fabien MANUEL. Honorary pallbearers were: Rodolphe MERCURE, Sandy and David MARTIN, Alvin DAIGLE, Ernest DURELLE,and Aquila CAROLLE.<br /> Interment was in St. Anne Roman Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements under the care of Mahers Funeral Home, Chatham, NB.<br /> Source: Miramich Leader - July 4, 2000
