The death of Mrs. Mary Pauline MANUEL, wife of William J. MANUEL, of Baie Ste. Anne, occurred Friday, June 8 at Hotel Dieu Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born in Baie Ste. Anne 81 years ago, she was a daughter of the late Maxime and Charlotte [THIBEAULT] MANUEL.<br /> Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons: Lawrence and Edward, both of Baie Ste. Anne; three daughters: Mrs. Stanley ROBICHAUD [Lena] and Mrs. Angus DAIGLE [Annie], both of Baie Ste. Anne, and Mrs. Amanda LeBLANC, of Buctouche; a brother, Rene, of River Glade; two sisters: Mrs. Alphonse TURBIDE, of Baie Ste. Anne, and Mrs. Marcel DAIGLE, of Point Sapin. <br /> The body rested at the slumber room at the Roman Catholic Church at Baie Ste. Anne, from where the funeral mass was celebrated Sunday with interment in the church cemetery.<br /> Source: North Shore Leader - June 21, 1973
