Alida Mary [MARTIN] HARRIS passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2005 at White Rapids Manor in Fredericton Junction, NB. She was born in Baie Sainte Anne, NB on September 6, 1926, the daughter of the late Alfred MARTIN and Genevieve [MANUEL] MARTIN.
She is survived by her son Tyler [Carol], of Tracy, NB; daughter Mary [Alden] HARRIS, of Harvey, NB; brothers: Emile [Lillian], of Keswick Ridge, NB, Edmond [Mavis], of Lincoln, Maine, USA, Alyre [Valeda], of Baie Sainte Anne, NB; sisters:Catherine [Lloyd] DRISCOLL, of Douglastown, NB, Anna LaBELLE, of Loggieville, NB, Bertha [Lucien] GOGUEN, of Chatham Head, NB, and Geraldine [Winston] JARDINE, of Saint John, NB; grandchildren: Shane and Olivia HARRIS, Lois [Malcolm] CAIRNS, Winston [Barb] HARRIS, Karen [Matthew] MURCH, Tina [Dwayne] HARRIS; eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her first husband, Lewis OHEARN, and second husband, Gordon HARRIS; sisters: Dorilla and Elona; and brother, Eloie.
Resting at St. Marks Anglican Church, Tracy, NB on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The requiem will be held at 11 AM at St. Marks Anglican Church on Tuesday, May 17, with Father Bruce McKenna officiating and Father Richard Harris assisting. Interment to follow in St. Marks Cemetery. Donations to White Rapids Manor. Arrangements are in the care of Sunbury Funeral Home. Central Blissville, NB. [368-2413]
