Passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Jan. 27, 2012 at the age of 70, Winston Edgar HAMILTON, after a long battle with cancer and Parkinson disease. He was the son of Clarence and Elizabeth HAMILTON. Winston was an orderly who worked in Soldiers Memorial Hospital and the Hotel Dieu Hospital, Campbellton, also at the Miramichi Senior Citizen Residence. He loved the outdoors and had a great sense of humor and quick wit. <br /> He leaves to mourn his wife, Wendy [MATCHETT]; daughter, Missy [Jeff] VASSALO; grandchildren: Zen and Satori, of Miramichi; son, Andrew [Amy], of Fredericton; his brother, Robert, of Whitby, ON; and sisters: Theresa BENWELL, of Toronto, Eleanor KISS [Josef], of Campbellton, and Audrey LAVIGNE [Roger], of St. Croix, NS, Frances ABBOTT [Winston], of Wilmot, NS; also many nieces and nephews. <br /> Predeceased by parents, Clarence and Elizabeth; brothers, Harold, Howard, Norman; and sister, Elsie. <br /> Funeral arrangements are in the care of Mahers Funeral Home.
