Mark Allan HAMBROOK, of 4955 Route 108 Hwy., Millerton, NB, passed away Sunday, May 2, 1999 at Saint John Regional Hospital. He was the son of the late Mark and Susan [UNDERHILL] HAMBROOK. He was a retired store owner, member of St. Peters Anglican Church, member of Northumberland Lodge No. 17 F & AM, member of Lodge of Perfection, member of Brittan Chapter Rose Croix, member of NB Consistory and Luxor Temple St. John.
Survived by his wife, Ruth [ASTLE] HAMBROOK; one daughter, Marilyn [Carl] CARTER, of Cassilis, NB; two sons: Mark [Barbara], of South Esk, John, of Miramichi; 3 sisters: Isa REID, of Fredericton, NB, Leslie HUSTINS, Judy TRAVIS; 4 brothers: Donald, all of Renous, NB, Perley, of Miramichi, Sterling, of Renous, William, of Calhoun; 6 grandchildren.
Predeceased by his parents, and one brother, Floyd.
Remains rested at Davidsons Funeral Home. The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Blackville, with Father Richard Harris officiating, assisted by Father Brent Ham. Soloists, Rhonda and Brenda, rendered: Does Jesus Care. Congragational hymns were: What A Friend We Have In Jesus, There Is A Green Hill Far Away and I Cannot Tell Why Hes Whom Angels Worship. Guard of Honor was formed by senior citizens.
Pallbearers: Terry, Phillip, Grady, Jeff, Paul, David HAMBROOK, Stephen TRAVIS, & Steve HUSTINS.
Burial followed in the church cemetery. Donations to St. Peters Anglican Church Memorial Fund would be appreciated. Davidsons Funeral Service Ltd. were in care of arrangements.
