The death of Albert Earl FLETT occurred suddenly at his home in South Nelson on Tuesday morning, August 29. Born in Nelson 69 years ago, he was a son of the late Allan and ReEbecca [VYE] FLETT, of Nelson. He was a member of St. James United Church in Nelson-Miramichi and was chairman of the cemetery committee.<br /> Surviving besides his wife, the former Etta McLEOD of Nelson-Miramichi, are a daughter, [Pauline] Mrs. John DOHERTY; and two grandchildren, of Fredericton; a brother, Cecil FLETT; and half-sister, Mrs. Henry BROWN, of Nelson-Miramichi.<br /> The remains are resting at Bells Funeral Home in Newcastle with the funeral service to be held there on Thursday afternoon at two oclock. Interment will be in St. James United Church Cemetery, Nelson-Miramichi.<br /> Source: North Shore Leader - August 31, 1972
