Louis DUPLESSIS, 66, of 32 Lakeside Dr., Miramichi, NB, passed away Sun., Nov. 28, 1999, at Miramichi Regional Hospital. Born in Baie Ste-Anne, NB, he was the son of the late Joseph and Barbara (MAZEROLLE) DUPLESSIS. He was a laborer, and was affilated with the Roman Catholic Church. <br /> <br /> He is survived by one sister, Rita ADAMS, of Miramichi; six brothers: Philibert, Robert, Edward and Edgar, of Baie Ste-Anne, and Mathias and Alphonse, of Miramichi; three nieces: Cathy, Barbara and Joanne; one nephew, Robert ADAMS, all of Miramichi, NB. <br /> <br /> The remains rested at the Baie Ste-Anne Slumber Room Monday, from 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian burial was held at St. Anne Roman Catholic Church, Baie Ste-Anne, on Tuesday, Nov. 30, at 11 am with Fr. Drisdelle officiating. <br /> <br /> Active pallbearers were: Robert ADAMS, Stanley DUPLESSIS, Thomas DUPLESSIS, Adrien and Daniel McINTYRE, and David MANUEL. Honorary pallbearers were: Gerard and Tim CHAISSON, Julien DURELLE, Albert McINTYRE, Felix and Antoine MARTIN. <br /> <br /> Interment was in the church cemetery.
