John Ti-Jack DOUCET, 59, of Baie Ste-Anne, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital on Friday, November 24, 2006 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Baie Ste-Anne, he was the son of the late John DOUCETTE and Yvonne [TURBIDE] DOUCETTE. John Ti-Jack was a long standing employee of Boart Longyear.
John Ti-Jack will be sadly missed by his wife, Aline [LeBOUTHILLIER] DOUCET, of 25 years; daughter, Flavie MANUEL [Claude]; grandchildren: Charmaine and Cedric, of Moncton; step-daughter, Rachel MILLS; and step-grandchildren: Justin, Emilie and Emmanuel, of Baie Ste-Anne; four sisters; Mathilda ROBICHAUD [late Albert], of Moncton, Marita GIROUX [Omer], of Charlo, Zella MARTIN [Lucien] and Francine SCHOFIELD [Gilles], both from Baie Ste-Anne; 8 brothers: Alphonse [Rose-Mai], Everett [Rolande], Maxime [Darleene], Albain [Colette], Vernon [Rosa], Julien [Carmelle], Bernard [Blanche], all of Baie Ste-Anne, and Thomas [Chantal], of Moncton; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation at the Baie Ste-Anne Church Slumber Room. Funeral Service will be held at the Ste-Anne Roman Catholic church of Baie Ste-Anne, Monday, November 27th, 2006 at 4pm. Visiting hours are Monday, November 27th from 1pm until the departure for the funeral. Donations to the Centre dOncologie of Dr Georges L. Dumont hospital would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of La Colombe Funeral Cooperative Ltd. of Tracadie-Sheila. [1-888-567-5513]
