Rachel Lee ADAMS, age 18 years, daughter of Larry and Christina (FRASER) ADAMS, of 48 Travis St., Miramichi, died Sat., June 24, 2000, at Miramichi Regional Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer. Rachel was a graduate of MVHS 2000.<br /> <br /> Besides her parents, she is survived by a sister, Trina; maternal grandparents Mr. & Mrs. James SULLIVAN, of Matapedia, PQ; and aunts, uncles and cousins.<br /> <br /> Rachel Lee ADAMS rested at Davidsons Funeral Home with visiting on Sunday. Thence to Mahers Funeral Home, Campbellton, with visiting Mon., from where the funeral service was held Tues., at 2 pm from Mahers Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Raymond Kraglund officiating. Family reflections by her uncle, John R. ADAMS, and: Message by John OSHEA, friend. Where You Are, played at Rachels request.<br /> <br /> Active pallbearers: Wally CAINES, Gary DOWNS, Craig IRVINE, Kurtis MALLEY, John OSHEA and Paul GALLANT. Honorary pallbearers were: Julia KENNY, Nikki DALLEY, Karen DALLEY, Heidi QUINN, Seleena BABKIRK, Wendy MORRISON, Lottie DUFFY, Amanda POWER & Jessica KENNY.<br /> <br /> Donations to Shriners or Childrens Wish Foundation would be appreciated.
