Mr. Robert DESPRES, of Baie Ste Anne, passed away on Thursday, September 17th, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 71. Born in Baie Ste Anne, the son of the late Hubert & Mabel [GIBBS] DESPRES. <br /> Robert is survived by his sisters: Colette DOUCETTE [Albain], Huberte MAZEROLLE [Medard], both of Baie Ste Anne; brothers: Paul [Nancy] DESPRES, of Fredericton, and Charles [Huguette] DESPRES, of Baie Ste Anne; and several nieces and nephews. <br /> He is predeceased by his brothers, Arnold, Edgar and Ronald. <br /> Mr. Robert DESPRES rested at the Baie Ste Anne Slumberoom on Sunday, September 20th from 7 to 9 pm and on Monday, September 21st from 2 pm till time of the funeral. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, September 21st at 4 pm at St. Anne Church in Baie Ste Anne with Fr. Robert Savoie Officiating. Interment was in the church Cemetery.
