Ledora Anne Marie DESPRES, 71, of Baie Ste-Anne, N.B. passed away at her home on Monday, Nov. 3, 1997. Born in Baie Ste-Anne, NB, she was the daughter of the late Edmour and Celine [TURBIDE] THERIAULT. She was a retired postal clerk, and attended the Baie Ste-Anne Roman Catholic Church.<br /> She is survived by her husband, Alonzo; three daughters: Mrs. Perrette DESPRES, of Baie Ste-Anne, Ghislaine, of Saint John, NB, Mrs. Micheline DESPRES, of Shippigan, NB; three sons; Paul and Alain, of Baie Ste-Anne, and Renald, of Loggieville, NB; three sisters, Claudia WHALEN, of Fredericton, NB, Letitia CYR, of Moncton, and Germaine RICHARD, of Bouctouche, NB; three brothers, Norbert Theriault, of Baie Ste-Anne, Donat, of Shippigan, NB, and Paul, of Fredericton; six grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.<br /> He is predeceased by four brothers: Aurile, Laurent, Edgar and Lionel.<br /> The remains rested at the slumber room in Baie Ste-Anne. Mass of Christian burial was held Thursday, Nov. 6, at 4 p.m., with Fr. Robert Savoie officiating. <br /> Active pallbearers were: Bertin, Camille, Jules, and Marc THERIAULT, Donat ROBICHAUD and Christopher ONEILL. Honorary pallbearers were: Virgine MEUSSE, Exina and Diane MARTIN, Jeanne and Lorraine SAVOIE and Georgette ARSENAULT.<br /> Interment was in the Baie Ste-Anne Cemetery.
