The death of Mrs. Saraphe DAIGLE, 72, wife of Fidele DAIGLE, occurred in Hotel Dieu here Thursday following a brief illness. She was born at Baie Ste. Anne, a daughter of the late Marcel and Gertrude THIBEAULT, and had lived in Chatham for the past five years. <br /> Twice married, her first husband was the late Edmund MARTIN. <br /> Surviving are her second husband; three daughters: Mrs. Valier ROBICHAUD, of Escuminac, Mrs. Henry T. BROWN and Miss Amanda DAIGLE, both of Chatham; a son, Clifford MARTIN, of Chatham; two sistersL: Mrs. Susan THIBODEAU, of Baie Ste. Anne, and Mrs. Margaret DAIGLE, of Point Sapin; and a brother, Albert THIBEAULT, of Alberta. <br /> The body rested at Adams Funeral Home here until Saturday morning at 9 oclock, when the funeral was held to St. Michaels Church for requiem mass. Entombment was in the parish cemeterys receiving vault to await interment in the spring. <br /> Source: The Commercial World - March 11, 1964
