The death of John Baptiste DAIGLE, of Baie Ste. Anne, occurred at Hotel Dieu Hospital on Monday, June 11 following a lengthy illness. Born at Baie Ste. Anne 70 years ago, he was a son of the late Jack and Mary [MANUEL] DAIGLE<br /> He is survived by his wife, the former Anne MARTIN; two sons: Baptiste and Andre, both of Baie Ste. Anne: two daughters: Mrs. Israel DESPRES and Mrs. Arcade DESPRES, both of Baie Ste. Anne; two brothers: Andre, of United States, and Fred, of Baie Ste. Anne; three sisters: Mrs. George MARTIN, of Richibucto, Mrs. Margaret ROBICHAUD, of Moncton, Mrs. Elizabeth MANUEL, of Baie Ste. Anne.<br /> The body rested at the slumber room at the Baie Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church from where the funeral was held with interment in the church cemetery.<br /> Source: North Shore Leader - June 21, 1973
