Hawley Marven SAVOIE, of Hardwicke, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital, at the age of 48. Born in Newcastle, he was the son of Irene (LLOYD) SAVOIE and the late Elmo SAVOIE. He was a lobster fisherman and loved the trade. He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing bingo, and attending his daughters various events. <br /> <br /> He will be greatly missed by his wife, Nathalie (McINTYRE) SAVOIE of Baie-Sainte-Anne; daughters, Mackenzie BRENNAN-SAVOIE (Sam HACHE) of Miramichi, Megan SAVOIE and Reeva SAVOIE, both of Baie-Sainte-Anne/Hardwicke; mother, Irene SAVOIE of Moncton; sister, Deanna SAVOIE (Tim McEWEN) of Moncton; his aunt, Millie LLOYD HANDCOCK; his uncles: Neri SAVOIE, Leonard LLOYD, Marvin LLOYD, and Wayne LLOYD; and nephew and niece ,Alex and Alyssa. <br /> <br /> Visitation will be held at Salon Soeur Blandine Martin Slumber Room (Sainte Anne Roman Catholic Church), on Thursday, February 01, 2024, from 2 to 4 pm & 6 to 8 pm, and on Friday, February 02, 2024, from 1 to 2 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 02, 2024, at 2 pm, at Sainte Anne Roman Catholic Church, with Father David Rioux officiating.<br /> <br /> As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, or to the Miramichi SPCA.<br /> Funeral arrangements are in the care of Northumberland Funeral Home & Crematorium, 102 Pleasant St. telephone (506) 622-7741.<br /> <br /> Source: Miramichi Funeral Announcements
