Lina McINTYRE, age 87, of Baie Ste. Anne, passed away at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, Chatham. Born in Baie Ste. Anne, she was the daughter of the late David and Delaite (MANUEL) MARTIN. She was a homemaker and attended the Baie Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church.<br /> <br /> She is survived by her husband, Elmer McINTYRE; two sons, Donald, of Baie Ste. Anne and Alden, of Chatham Head; two daughters, Mrs. Mareeline RICHARD, of Baie Ste. Anne and Mrs. Fred LABELLE, of Trenton, Ontario; one sister, Emily ARSENAULT, of Baie Ste. Anne; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.<br /> <br /> The remains rested at the slumber room in Baie Ste. Anne. Mass of Christian Burial was held in Baie St. Anne Roman Catholic Church at 3:30 pm with Rev. Savoie officiating, assisted by Rev. ARSENAULT.<br /> <br /> Active pallbearers were: Reginald MANUEL, Roger MANUEL, Richard McINTYRE, Sandy MARTIN, Luc MARTIN and Augustine MARTIN. Active pallbearers were: Justin POIRIER, Paul THIBEAU, Eric McINTYRE, Urbain McINTYRE, Gary MARTIN and Wilmont McINTYRE.<br /> <br /> Interment was in the church cemetery. Arrangements were under the care of Maher’s Funeral Home, Chatham.<br /> <br /> Source: Miramichi Leader - November 15, 1994
