Zoel RICHARD, 81, of Rogersville, passed away peacefully at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Saturday April 02, 2016. He was married to the late ALICE (RICHARD) RICHARD (2008). Born on April 05, 1934, he was the son of the late Judes and the late Anna (ALLAIN) RICHARD. He was a Millwright in a manufacturing plant.<br /> <br /> He will be sadly missed by his two children, Gisele CHAISSON (Joseph) of Portland, ME and Jean-Paul (Cathy) of Gardner, MA; one granddaughter, Jennifer; and two great-grandchildren, Sebastian and Sabrina; and his dear friend, Marie-Anne COMEAU of Pennfield. He also leaves to mourn two sisters, Doris WATSON of Moncton and Rita RUSHFORD (Claude) of Ontario; as well as several nephews and nieces. <br /> <br /> He was predeceased by one brother, Laurie; and two sisters, May and Lorraine.<br /> <br /> As per Zoel’s wishes, there will be no visitations at the Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Francois de Sales Church in Rogersville on Friday, April 08, 2016 at 2:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
