At Villa Maria St. Louis de Kent, Sunday, February 22, 2015, at the age of 91 years and 11 months, died Aurelie TURBIDE (born RICHARD), wife of the late Normand TURBIDE (1999), formerly of Baie-Ste-Anne. Born March 10, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Azade RICHARD and the late Flora L'OISEAU.<br /> <br /> She is survived by four daughters: Azilda (Antonio McINTYRE) and Norman (Melderic MANUAL) both of Baie-Ste-Anne, Gloria (André COLLETTE) of Bouctouche south and Flora TURBIDE St-Louis-de-Kent; a son, Flavien (Joan) TURBIDE of Miramichi; also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.<br /> <br /> She was predeceased by a son, Wilmond (2007), three sisters, Julia, Marianne and Alcima; and two brothers, John and Elier. Mrs. TURBIDE was the last survivor of her immediate family.<br /> <br /> She was a member of the Club of the Golden Age of Baie-Ste-Anne. She was also a great card player, a hobby she loved. The family will receive relatives and friends at 2 pm on Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at the mortuary at Baie-Sainte-Anne, located in the church basement. The funeral will be held at St. Anne Roman Catholic Church of Baie-Sainte-Anne, February 25th at 3:30 pm. A donation in Aurelies’ memory may be made to the charity of your choice. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 -4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday from 1 pm until time of funeral.
