Loggieville, Oct. 31st - Greatly shocked and much grieved were the citizens here when it became known that death had claimed a devoted wife and loving mother, in the person of Mrs. John LANDRY. The deceased had been ill for several weeks but her friends kept hoping that she would recover. All that medical skill could do was done for her, but she could not longer stay. The late Mrs. LANDRY was formerly Ada DEALY daughter of Mrs. Stephen DEALY. She lived her entire life time here. Of a quiet, retiring manner, she won the esteem of those who knew her, and her loss is keenly felt.
The deceased is survived by her husband and a number of daughters and sons, also several sisters and brothers. These in their bereavement have the sympathy of the citizens.
The funeral was held on Friday morning. Interment was made in St. Andrew’s Roman Catholic Cemetery.
