The death of H. Leonard C. ADAMS occurred Sat., April 23, 2005 at Moncton Hospital. Born in Springhill Junction, NS on June 12, 1927, he was the son of the late John C. and Marie [NELSON] ADAMS. Leonard retired from CNR in 1986 after 41 years of service. <br /> Leonard is survived by his wife of 41 years, Shirley [SHERRARD]; daughter, Sandra FOUGERE [Andy], of Ottawa; sons: Lenley [Carolyn], of Bridgewater, NS, Stephen, of Halifax, and Bruce, of San Francisco, Calif.; one sister, Rozelle STEWART, of Miramichi, NB; grandchildrenL: Elsa and Alec FOUGERE, Meghan and Olivia ADAMS; nieces and nephews. <br /> Besides his parents, Leonard was predeceased by brother, Charles; and sister, Marjorie. <br /> There will be no visitation. A private family service held at a later date. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Mountain View United Church Memorial Fund.
