Mrs. Adeline BREAU, widow of John BREAU of 653 Chaplin Island Road, Newcastle, died Thursday at the Miramichi Hospital after a short illness. She was 101. Born in Neguac, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Philomine St. COEUR DOIRON.<br /> <br /> She is survived by two sons, Reuben with whom she resided and Joseph of Black’s Harbor; two daughters, Mrs. Raphael HOLMES (Olive) of Saint John, and Mrs. George PATRIE (Celina) of Maine. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.<br /> <br /> The body rested at Davidson’s Funeral Home. The funeral was held Sunday with Libra service at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church.<br /> <br /> Entombment was in the vault to await burial in the spring.<br /> <br /> Source: North Shore Leader - March 31, 1976
