Joseph Prudent MAZEROLLE, age 85, of Baie Sainte Anne, NB, passed away on Sunday March 12, 2017 at the Villa Maria Nursing Home in Saint Louis De Kent, NB. Born in Baie Sainte Anne, NB, the son of the late David Anselme MAZEROLLE and Marie Angeline LeBOULILLIER. <br /> <br /> He is survived by his children: Ronald MAZEROLLE (Francine), Adrien MAZEROLLE (Christine), Julia MERCURE (Charles), Rose-Mai MAZEROLLE, Denise MAZEROLLE (Roger), Therese MAZEROLLE (late Brian); grand-children: Kevin DESPRES, Rachel MUTCH (Titus), Sheryl MAZEROLLE (Gerard), Darryl MAZEROLLE (Felicia), Ricky MERCURE, Timmy MAZEROLLE, Nicole MERCURE (Bailey) and Anick MAZEROLLE; great-grandchildren: Raylene MUTCH, Zachery HEBERT, Joshua HEBERT, Ashton DESPRES, Ava MUTCH, and Nathalie MERCURE; and many nieces and nephews. <br /> <br /> He is predeceased by his wife, Christina Adelle (MARTIN); son, David Jean MAZEROLLE; sisters, Marion, and Viola; brothers: Augustin, Benoit, Francois, and Antoine; half-brothers: Charles Anselme Samuel, Wilfred William and Jean Raymond.<br /> <br /> Joseph Prudent MAZEROLLE rested at the Baie Sainte Anne Slumberoom in Baie Sainte Anne on Thursday March 16, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and on Friday March 17, 2017 from 12 noon until 2 pm. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday March 17, 2017 at 2 pm from St Anne Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Mario Doyle officiating. <br /> <br /> Active pallbearers were: Titus MUTCH, Paul-Emile MAZEROLLE, Raymond CRIPPS, Timmy MAZEROLLE, Ronald DAIGLE and Darryl MAZEROLLE. <br /> <br /> Funeral arrangements were under the care of Maher's Funeral Home Miramichi, NB.
