Raoul MARTIN, age 47, of Gardiners Point, passed away at his home on November 05, 2016, after battling with cancer. Raoul worked many years as a driller, and also enjoyed fishing and hunting.<br /> <br /> Born in Baie Sainte Anne, NB, he is survived by his wife, Kim; his daughter, Kelsey, who was his pride and joy; his parents, Robert and Jacqueline MARTIN; paternal grandmother, Therese; his sister, Lisette MARTIN; brothers, Johnny MARTIN (Marise) and Eric MARTIN (Lisa); as well as his parents-in-law, David and Rejeanne GULLIVER, brother-in-law, Keith GULLIVER (Emilie); six nieces, a nephew and a large extended family. <br /> <br /> He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, John and Maria McINTYRE; and paternal grandfather, Armand MARTIN.<br /> <br /> Visitation was held at Baie Sainte Anne church on Tuesday, November 8th, from 7 to 9, and Wednesday, November 9th, from 2 to 4. Funeral services will be held at 4 o'clock on November 09, 2016, from St Anne Roman Catholic Church in Baie Sainte Anne, with Fr. Gilbert Levesque officiating. <br /> <br /> Honorary pallbearers were: Johnny MARTIN, Eric MARTIN, Jean-Louis McINTYRE, Tim CHIASSON, Gilles THIBIDEAU and Real DURELLE. <br /> <br /> Funeral are under the care of Maher's Funeral Home Miramichi, NB Telephone 773-4321 or www.mahersfh.com. <br /> <br /> Source: Funeral Home online<br /> <br />
