Leontine (Tinto) MANUEL, age 88, of Baie Sainte-Anne, passed away on Sunday April 29, 2018 at the Dr. George L Dumont Hospital Moncton, NB. Born in Baie Sainte Anne, NB, she was the daughter of the late William and Rose Martha MARTIN.<br /> <br /> She is survived by her daughters, Veronica CORMIER (Art) of Moncton, Julie BUELL (late Ronnie) of Moncton and Eunice MANUEL of Miramichi; sons, Art MANUEL (Phyllis) of St John's NFLD and Clarence MANUEL (Gisele) of Baie Sainte Anne; grandchildren: Marie Josee, Nathalie, Jeff, Lissa, Sophie, Cindy, Catherine, and Chantal; great-grandchildren: Eva, Sophia, Teddy, Kayla, Zachary, Hayden, Lily, John, Theodore, and Nathan; several nieces and nephews. <br /> <br /> Leontine is predeceased by her parents, her husband, Joseph F. MANUEL; grandsons, Gilles and Scott; sister, Anastasia; and her brother, Louis.<br /> <br /> Leontine MANUEL rested at the Baie Sainte Anne Slumberoom in Baie Sainte Anne on Tuesday May 01, 2018 from 7-9 pm, on Wednesday May 02, 2018 from 1:30 pm until the time of the funeral. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday May 02, 2018 at 3: 30 pm from St. Anne Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Michel Mercier officiating. <br /> <br /> Pallbearers were: Jeff BUELL, Romeo MANUEL, Vital MANUEL, Edgar MANUEL, Louis MARTIN and Paul MARTIN. <br /> <br /> Funeral arrangements are under the care of Maher's Funeral Home Miramichi, N.B.
