Cecile Manuel (nee DAIGLE), age 86, of Baie Sainte-Anne, NB passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital. Born on May 27, 1932 in Pointe Sapin, NB, she was the daughter of the late Nathalie and Pierre DAIGLE.<br /> <br /> Cecile MANUEL is survived by her children: Rachel ROBICHAUD (late Albert), of Baie Sainte–Anne, Rejean MANUEL (Roseline) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Paulette DURELLE (Yvon) of Fredericton, Georgie MANUEL (Marcia), of Baie Sainte-Anne, Jocelyne MARTIN (Henri) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Claire MANUEL (Aubert) of Baie Sainte–Anne, Doris McINTYRE (Guy) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Jeanne McINTYRE (Michael) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Sonia MANUEL (Darren) of Fredericton and Eric Jr. MANUEL (Lucie), 24 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Simonne, Bibienne, Emerentine; brothers: Vincent, Elmer, Oscar, and Antoine; sons-in-law, Laurent RICHARDSON and Roland THIBODEAU, sisters-in-law, Clementine MANUEL and Diane DOUCET; and many nieces and nephews.<br /> <br /> Besides her parents Cecile is predeceased by her husband, Eric MANUEL, daughters, Yolande RICHARDSON and Gerene THIBODEAU; brothers, Conrad DAIGLE and Jean DAIGLE.<br /> <br /> Cecile MANUEL rested at the Baie Sainte-Anne Slumberoom in Baie Sainte-Anne on Sunday, December 02, 2018 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm, and on Monday, December 03, 2018 from 1 pm to 3 pm. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, December 03, 2018 at 3 pm from St. Anne Roman Catholic Church in Baie Sainte-Anne, with Fr. Gilbert Levesque officiating. Cross Bearer was, Lucas ARSENEAULT, Flower Bearer was, Ty MANUEL. Hymns’ were: Tu es toute Belle, Coeur de maman, Dis-nous à quoi ressemble, Alleluia, Il reviendra, Nous portons un tresor, Jesus me voici, J' irai la voir, by St. Anne Choir.<br /> <br /> Pallbearers were: Oscar DAIGLE, Elmer DAIGLE, Antoine DAIGLE, Bernard MANUEL, Melvin MANUEL and Edgar DAIGLE.
