Joseph Louis COLLETTE, of Baie Ste. Anne, died Tuesday, March 29, 1983 at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Chatham, after a brief illness. Born in Rogersville 73 years ago, he was a son of the late Hilarion and Marie-Anne [DOUCET] COLLETTE. He was a fisherman.<br /> He is survived by five sons: Lorenzo, of Baie Ste. Anne, Jean-Guy and Richard, both of Montreal, Paul, of Quebec City, and Etienne COLLETTE, of Baie-Comeau, Que.; four daughters: Mrs. Napoleon ROUSSELLE [Ledwine], of Baie-Comeau, Mrs. Norman GAUYETT [Lucienne], Mrs. Gerard LEMAND [Carmeline] and Margella COLLETTE, all of Montreal; three sisters. <br /> The body rested at the Baie Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church where a libera service was conducted by Rev. D. Gauthier on Thursday morning, March 31. <br /> Pallbearers were: Lorenzo, Jean-Guy, Paul, Richard, Etienne and Louis COLLETTE.<br /> Entombment was in the parish cemetery vault to await later burial. Arrangements were in the care of Mahers Funeral Home, Chatham.<br /> Source: Northumberland News - April 06, 1983
