Dora DAIGLE, age 71, of 23 Manuel Road, Baie Ste-Anne, NB, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 30, 1999, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital. Born in Baie Ste-Anne, she was the daughter of the late André and Barbara (CHIASSON) MANUEL. She was a fish plant worker, and a member of the Roman Catholic Church.<br /> <br /> She is survived by one son, Gilles (Mary); and one daughter, Roseline McINTYRE (Anathase), all of Baie Ste-Anne; eight sisters (?): Madona DAIGLE (Eric), Mrs. Genevieve TURBIDE, of Baie Ste-Anne, Doreen HACHEY(Alderic), Priscilla MILLER (Johnny) of Fredericton, Vitaline HACHEY (Lucien) of Nelson, Jacqueline LIRETTE (Emelien) of Caraquet, Mildred COMEAU (Omer) of Gardner, Mass.; four brothers: Albert MANUEL (Leola), Anthime MANUEL (Viola), Elias MANUEL (Dolores), all of Baie Ste-Anne, and Clement MANUEL (Rita), of Plaster Rock; very special friend, Antoine SIPLEY; four grandchildren: Jean-Louis, Matthew McINTYRE, Louis and Derick DAIGLE.<br /> <br /> She is predeceased by her husband, Louis DAIGLE; and one sister, Lisa MOREHOUSE.<br /> <br /> The remains rested at the church slumber room, Monday, Nov. 1st, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, and Nov. 2nd, from 2 pm, until time of the funeral. Mass of Christian Burial was held at the Baie Ste-Anne Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, Nov. 02, 1999, at 4 pm, with Fr. Drisdelle officiating.<br /> <br /> Active pallbearers were: Jean Louis and Mathiew McINTYRE; Louis, Derek and Paul DAIGLE; and Paul HACHEY.<br /> <br /> Interment was in the church cemetery.
