Many will learn with sincere regret of the death of Mrs. Chas. F. YOUNG, formerly Katie BURNS of Bartholomew, which took place at the Trull Hospital, Saco. Maine, on Monday, Feb. 1st, at the age of 35 years after giving birth to a baby boy who also passed away. She lived in Maine for many years where she made hosts of friends among whom she will be greatly missed.<br /> <br /> Besides a broken-hearted husband, she leaves a sorrowing father and mother, three brothers, Peter E. of Blackville, William P. and Henry E. of Bartholomew River; six sisters: Mrs. Joseph McCARTHY of Bartholomew River, Mrs. Neil DONOVAN, Mrs. Everett DONOVAN and Mrs. Jas. McLAUGHLIN of Renous River, Mrs. Patrick DONOHUE of Blackville and Mrs. John H. WALLS of Strathmore, AB.<br /> <br /> Her remains were brought home on Wednesday evening for burial, which took place Thursday morning at 9 am, from her father’s residence, Bartholomew River. Requiem High Mass was celebrated by the Rev. S. J. Crumley of St. Raphael’s Church, Blackville, where interment took place. Many beautiful floral tributes were sent from friends in Maine.<br /> <br /> The pallbearers were: Messrs. Joseph McCARTHY, Fenton McCORMACK, Charles and Harvey BURNS.<br /> <br /> Source: North Shore Leader - February 19, 1915<br />
