Shirley Gladys WRIGHT, 56, of Miramichi passed away suddenly on January 03, 2020 at the Miramichi Hospital with her family by her side. Shirley was a resident of Losier Hall, The Shannex Home in Miramichi and was known for her bubbly personality and was always smiling and laughing. She loved crafts, doing her bead work and playing Bingo with her friends. She had a special place in her heart for cats and dogs. She always had a stuffed animal by her side. Shirley was very particulate when it came to keeping things tidy, everything had its place. She became part of the family in the Miramichi Homes that she resided in and made many close friends over the years. She will be remembered as a kind, generous person who always was willing to help others. She will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
She will be deeply missed by her mother, Glenda WRIGHT of Riverview; father, Ernest WRIGHT (Lucy) of Stoney Creek; sisters, Peggy DAVIS (Paul) of Shepody and Lorraine GODIN (Gordon) of Grande- Digue; brothers, Earle WRIGHT (Yvette) of Lower Coverdale and Dale WRIGHT (Monica) of Shenstone. She will also be sadly missed by her niece and nephews: Natalie, Neil, Nigel, Clinton and Chad; and by all her extended family and friends.
A celebration of her life will be held at the Albert County Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 07, 2020 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Doug Steeves officiating. A time of visitation will take place an hour prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 pm. Interment will be in the Waterside Cemetery at a later date. Donations to the Waterside Community Association would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements are in the care of the Albert County Funeral Home, 4130 Route 114, Hopewell Cape, NB, E4H-3K2 734-2780 or www.albertcountyfh.com
