Mrs. Alonzo St. PIERRE, 69, died at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Monday, April 15th after a lengthy illness. She was born at Little Cape, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Philip DOIRON, and was the widow of Alonzo St. PIERRE.<br /> <br /> Two daughters and two sons survive, one being Romeo St. PIERRE of Chatham, also three sisters and two brothers.<br /> <br /> The funeral was held Wednesday to St. Michael’s for Requiem Mass and the body placed in the vault for spring interment.<br /> <br /> Source: North Shore Leader - April 25, 1968 <br /> ************************************************ <br /> FUNERAL - <br /> <br /> The funeral of Mrs. Adeline St. PIERRE, widow of Alonzo St. PIERRE was held at St. Michael’s Church. Requiem Mass was celebrated by Rev. A. L. McFadden with Rev. Leo Sullivan in the sanctuary.<br /> <br /> The pallbearers were: Harry BURBRIDGE, Marven McLENNAN, Frank SAVOY, Raymond FLYNN, Arnold FLYNN and Raymond CARTER.<br /> <br /> The body was placed in the receiving vault in St. Michael’s Cemetery.<br /> <br /> Source: North Shore Leader - May 02, 1968
