The death of Mrs. George AMOS occurred Monday morning at 5:30 oclock at her home in Derby after an illness of one month. The deceased was 52 years of age and was born in Cassilis, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George SUTHERLAND. Although she was in failing health, her death came as a great shock. She was a member of the Derby Baptist Church, a willing worker in all social organizations, and a devoted mother to her family.<br /> Left to mourn are her husband; 2 sons: Myles, of Edmundston, and Robert, at home; 6 daughters: Mrs. Russell MULLIN, of Derby, and Eliza, Jean, Minnie, Jessie and Greta, all at home; 2 brothers: George and Perley SUTHERLAND, both of Cassilis; and one sister, Mrs. Sydney PARKS, of Red Bank. <br /> Service at the house and grave was conducted by Rev. F. G. Francis, assisted by Rev. H. K. Grimmer, of Campbellton. <br /> Pallbearers Robert TAYLOR, Charles HUTCHISON, James KINGSTON, Ernest BRYENTON, David BLACKMORE and Robert HUBBARD. <br /> Interment was in Lower Derby Baptist Cemetery.
