Mrs. Yvonne CARROLL, of Baie Ste. Anne, wife of Philorome CARROLL, died Tuesday, October 4, 1988 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital, Chatham, after a lengthy illness. Born in Baie Ste. Anne 58 years ago, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Alice [MAZEROLLE] MARTIN. <br /> Besides her husband, she is survived by 13 sons: Bernard and Phillippe, both of Fredericton, Leo, Edmond, Emile, Alonzo, Aquilla, Daniel, Jeffrey and Ronda [sic], all of Baie Ste. Anne, Francis of Saint John, Joseph, of Chatham, and Jean-Paul, of Montreal; five daughters: Carmeline, Carmella and Antoinette, all of Rogersville, and Yvette and Phoelbe, both of Baie Ste. Anne; four sisters: Cecile, Eutrope, Anita and Rose Mary, all of Baie Ste. Anne; and 17 grandchildren.<br /> The body rested at Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church, Baie Ste. Anne, where funeral mass was celebrated Thursday afternoon, October 6, with Rev. Alphonse Richard officiating.<br /> The pallbearers were: Tidan ROBICHAUD, Yvonne MARTIN, Francis MARTIN, Keith CARROLL, Raymond LeCLAIR and Jerry ROBICHAUD.<br /> Burial was in the church cemetery. Arrangements were in the care of Mahers Funeral Home, Chatham.<br /> Source: Northumberland News - October 12, 1988
