Ada Belle CRAWFORD, widow of Neill CRAWFORD, of Main Street, Blackville, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 93. Born in Williamsburg, NB, she was the daughter of the late William and Frances [HYNES] PEACOCK. She was a retired secretary and a homemaker. She also was a member of St. Andrews United Church, Blackville and the U.C.W. <br /> She is survived by one daughter, Margaret CRAWFORD [David YOUNG], of Blackville; one son, Mitchell [Susan], of Blackville; three grandchildren, Megan CRAWFORD, Neil and Nicholas CRAWFORD. <br /> She was predeceased by her parents.<br /> Ada Belle CRAWFORD is resting at St. Andrews United Church, Blackville, with visitation on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9. The Funeral Service was held Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 2 p.m. at St. Andrews United Church, Blackville, with Reverend Charlene Maguire MacKnight officiating. Organist was Margaret Craig. Hymns were: The Lords My Shepherd; The Old Rugged Cross and How Great Thou Art. Choir selection was: I Live My Life for Love. Burial will be in the church cemetery later in the spring.<br /> Active pallbearers were: Richard UNDERHILL, Richard GILKS, Leslie UNDERHILL, Gordon UNDERHILL, Fred KENNEDY, Bruce WALLS and Neil CRAWFORD. <br /> Arrangements are in care of Davidsons Funeral Home [622-7464] www.davidsonsfh.com <br /> Source: Miramichi Leader - March 24, 2014
