Relatives of the late Mr. ROY received word last week of the death of Mrs. John ROY at Vancouver, B.C. on Tuesday night, July 2nd. <br /> Her husband, the late Mr. ROY, who was a native of Newcastle, predeceased her by some days, he having been accidentally killed in an accident on the C.N.R. in British Columbia, on which railway he was a locomotive engineer. While no particulars were given, it is believed that Mrs. ROY, who had undergone two serious operations some time ago, succumbed to shock following her husbands tragic death.<br /> The late Mrs. ROY was a native of Moncton, being formerly Miss Annie Louise TOWER, daughter of Mr. C.A. TOWER, now a resident of Amherst. <br /> She is survived by her father; two sisters, Mrs. Bliss LUTES and Mrs. Fred JEFFREY, of Moncton; and four brothers: Mr. Lamont TOWER, of Moncton, Mr. Botsford TOWER, of Calgary, Alta., Mr. Frank TOWER, of Detroit, and Mr. Albert TOWER, of Dauphin, Man. Three sons, Frank, of Calgary, Vaughan and Harry, at home in Vancouver; and two step-sons, Perley E., Manager of the Lounsbury Co. Ltd.
