Vincent ZOLOBKA, of Windsor, ON, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2003, at the Windsor Regional Hospital Western Campus, at the age of 89. Born in Poland, he was the son of the late Franciszek ZOLOBKA and Julia MATYSIAK. Vincent was a science librarian at the University of Windsor for 25 years. He was a member of St. Clairs Catholic Church, in Windsor, Ont.<br /> He is survived by a son, Peter, of Windsor; sister-in-law, Lucy POWER, of Miramichi, and several nieces and nephews.<br /> Vincent did rest at Mahers Funeral Home, on Tuesday, from 7-9, and a Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, April 2, from St. Margarets Roman Catholic Church, St. Margarets, with Fr. John Fraser officiating. Jack Connell read the Scripture.<br /> Pallbearers were: Robert POWER, Terry POWER, Plen DICKSON and Jim HACKETT. <br /> Interment was in the church cemetery.
