ALLISON, Herschell Clarence - passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home in Alliston on Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Herschell ALLISON, in his 67th year, was the husband of Heather [GOEBEL] of Alliston. Father of: Terri BATTAGLIA & her husband, Tony, of Barrie; and Tobi ALLISON, of Toronto.; step-father of: Paul GOEBEL & his wife, Amber, of Toronto; and Leah DAVIS & her husband, Ian, of Oshawa; Poppy to: Jack BATTAGLIA, and grandfather of: Brittany, Willa & Katharyn; brother of Ruth KING of Dartmouth, NS, Phyllis NORTON [Hubert], Andrea WAYE [Edward], Sara SILLIKER, William [Grace], Elsie BAISLEY [Holly] and Stephen [Dana], all of Miramichi, NB.<br /> Predeceased by brother, Wendel. <br /> Friends may call at the Jennett Chapel of the McClleland & Slessor Funeral Home, 152 Bradford St. in Barrie on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Service will be at the Emmanuel Baptist Church [4120 Salem Rd.] on Saturday January 22nd at 2:00 p.m. with visitation from 12:00 noon.
