Rita I. THERIAULT, wife of the late Isaac THERIAULT, of Baie Ste Anne, NB. passed away at her residence on Sunday Sept 9, 2007 at the age of 88. Born in Lameque, NB., she was the daughter of the late Gelas GUIGNARD and Helene HACHE. She was Co-founder of THERIAULT-HACHEY PEAT MOSS, President of the Charismatic movement in Baie Ste for 9 years, an active member of St. Anne Roman Catholic Church in Baie Ste Anne and member of the Church Choir.<br /> She is survived by two sons: Elphege THERIAULT and Gelas THERIAULT [Carmel], daughters: Gisele THERIAULT, Pierrette MANUEL [Zoel], Bertrande THERIAULT, all of Baie Ste Anne, Fernande THERIAULT, of Moncton; brothers; Fernand [Irene], of Sudbury, ON, Pierre [Francine], of Montreal, PQ; sisters: Appauline [Edmond], of Lameque, Sister Bertrande HACHE [Filles de Jesus] Levis, PQ, Lidwine [Feu Jean], of Lameque, Rosalie [Rheal], of Lameque, Jeanita [Florian], of Montreal; step-sister, Aline, of Shediac; sister in laws: Simonne & Germaine, of Lameque; fourteen grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.<br /> She is predeceased by her husband; brothers: Rodolphe HACHE, Gelas HACHE; and step-brother, Gerard HACHE.<br /> Rested at the Baie Ste Anne Slumberoom in Baie Ste Anne on Tuesday evening Sept 11th from 7-9 and on Wednesday Sept 12th from 2-4 & 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Thursday Sept 13th at 4 pm from St. Anne Roman Catholic Church in Baie Ste Anne, NB. with Fr. Robert Savoie officiating. <br /> Active pallbearers were: Rene THERIAULT, Mathieu THERIAULT, Charles THERIAULT, Nicolas MANUEL, Jocelyn SAVOIE and Jody WILLISTON. Honorary pallbearers were: Aldine JOHNSON, Bridgitte SCHOFIELD, Adeline MARTIN, Rose Alma THERIAULT, Jeannine SIPPLEY, Clorine DeWITT, Jacinthe MANUEL, Jeannie MANUEL, Melanie DOUCET, Josee DOUCET, Carol MEUSE, Antoine MARTIN, Alphonse DOUCET, Gabrielle MANUEL and Alice MANUEL.<br /> Honor Guard: Rita GIBBS, Edna MIOUSSE, Exina MARTIN, Exeline MARTIN, Simonne MORAIS, Josee THERIAULT, Laurie SCHOFIELD, Marie-Elva SAVOIE, Kathleen VIGNEAULT, Therese A. MARTIN, Audrey MANUEL. June MARTIN, Bernadette MANUEL and Employees of THERIAULT-HACHE PEAT MOSS. <br /> Interment will be in the church cemetery.
