Delvina THERIAULT, wife of the late Alderic THERIAULT, of Baie-Ste-Anne, NB, passed way on Tuesday, January 10, 2006, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 79. Born in Baie-Sainte-Anne, N.B., she was the daughter of the late Suzanne DUPLESSIS and Antoine DAIGLE. She was a homemaker, and she loved knitting and sewing for family and friends. <br /> Delvina is survived by her daughters: Emerilda SIPPLEY [Francis], Viola MARTIN [Daren], both of Baie-Ste-Anne, Willina LeBRETON [Edmond], of Bellefond, Miramichi; sons: Eric [Lucille], Ernest [Liette], Hector [Rosa], Dominique [Mona], all of Baie-Sainte-Anne; brothers: Albenie MANUEL [Dorina], of Baie-Sainte-Anne, Clement MANUEL [Elizabeth], of Ontario; one sister, Almeda MARTIN [Phelibert], of Baie-Sainte-Anne; 16 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.<br /> Delvina was predeceased by her brothers: John MANUEL,Wilfred MANUEL, Maximin MANUEL, Arthur MANUEL, Celestin MANUEL, Isidore MARTIN, Wilfred MARTIN; sisters: Obeline MANUEL, Elozia MANUEL, Helen DAIGLE, Leona DAIGLE,Yvette MARTIN; and two grandchildren: Marc-Andre THERIAULT, and Therese SIPPLEY.<br /> Visitation at the Baie-Sainte-Anne slumberoom on Wednesday, from 7-9 and Thursday, from 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, January 13, at 4 p.m. from Ste-Anne Roman Catholic Church in Baie-Sainte-Anne, with Fr. Robert Savoie officiating. Jennifer Nagel sang: Amazing Grace; Therese THERIAULT read the eulogy.<br /> Active pallbearers were her four sons: Eric, Ernest, Hector and Dominique THERIAULT. Honorary pallbearers were: Fabian MANUEL, Placide and Marguerite THERIAULT, Jean-Paul and Melinda THERIAULT, Omer and Laurette THERIAULT, Rheal and Noella POIRIER, Augin and Yvonne POIRIER, Anita and Rosemary MARTIN, Cora MARTIN, Dorothy MAZEROLLE, Raymonde GIBBS, Aurelia MANUEL, Yvette MEUSE, and Leon TURBIDE.<br /> Interment was in the church cemetery to await burial in the spring. Donations to the Palliative Care or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
