The death of Winston M. TAYLOR, of 431 King George Highway, Newcastle occurred at Miramichi Hospital Tues., May 31 following a heart attack. Born in Boom Road, he was the son of the late Herbert and Margaret [MATCHETT] TAYLOR. He was employed as salesman for Alton Drug Company Ltd., Hardland. He attended the United Baptist Church.<br /> He is survived by his wife, the former Jacqueline GRAHAM; one daughter, Charis; one son, Graham, both at home; two sisters: Mrs. Herman HARRIS [Dorothy], of Lyttletown [Lyttleton], Mrs. Walter ADAMS [Helen], of Strathadam; one brother, Clarence, of Sunny Corner; nieces and nephews.<br /> The body rested at Davidsons Funeral home. The funeral service was held at the United Baptist Church on Friday, June 3 at 2 pm. The service was conducted by Rev. L.D. Farrell assisted by Rev. Howard Holmes.<br /> Active pallbearers were: Delbert HARRIS, Winston FORSYTHE, Gordon SPIRES, Arthur AMOS, Leslie CURTIS, and Beaman MATTHEWS. Honorary pallbearers were: Cyril Du FEU, Harold ALTON, Sterling McNEIL, Thorne MATTHEWS, Arthur CONNORS and Lawrence MacALLISTER.<br /> Interment was in the Prestyterian Cemetery in Boom Road.
