The death of George SIPPLEY, of Eel River Bridge, occurred Sunday morning, May 18, at Hotel Dieu Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born at Eel River Bridge 97 years ago he was a son of the late Jochin and Suzanne [MAZEROLLE] SIPPLEY. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.<br /> He is survived by six daughters: Mrs. Philip MUISE [Virginia], of Eel River Bridge, Mrs. John RUSSELL [Julia], of Escuminac, Mrs. Vaughan KAYE [Lucy], of Kitchener, Ont., Mrs. William DUPLESSIS [Isabelle], of Kitchener, Ont., Mrs. Walter ADAMS [Ida], of Black River Bridge, and Mrs. David MARTIN [Louise], of Baie Ste. Anne; four sons: Mathias, Nazaire, Oliver and William SIPPLEY, all of Baie Ste. Anne; 98 grandchildren; 92 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.<br /> The body rested at the slumber room, Baie Ste.
