Lionel Leo SEVIGNY, husband and father, went to be with Lord on Tuesday, June 7, 1994. Reared in Massachusetts, Mr. SEVIGNY joined the Army Air Corp in 1940. He and his wife, Elizabeth Mona, were married on March 5, 1945. They moved to Dyess Air Force Base from Germany in 1963. He retired in 1968 as a Master Sargent. He was an employee of Master Corp. for 9 years. Mr. SEVIGNY was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the V.F.W. An accomplished quilter, he spent the last 12 years enjoying his hobby. He was also a poetry lover whose favorite author was Edgar A. Guest.<br /> Rosary was at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Norths Memorial Chapel, 4002 Buffalo Gap Road, and mass was at 10 a.m. Thursday, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Mark Woodruff officiating, under the direction of Norths Funeral Homes. The body will be cremated.<br /> He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Mona SEVIGNY, of Abilene; five sons: Thomas, of Roanoke, VA, Paul, of St. Louis, MO, Terrence, of Ft. Worth, TX, Peter, of Lubbock, TX, Patrick, of China Lake, CA; and one daughter, Judy REYNOLDS, of Sacramento, CA; and five grandchildren.<br /> Source: Miramichi Leader - July 12, 1994
