Antoine MAZEROLLE died Tuesday morning, Nov. 17, 1981, at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Chatham after a lengthy illness. Born in Baie Ste. Anne 61 years ago, he was the son of the late David and Evangeline [BOUTILIER] MAZEROLLE. He was a veteran of WW II serving with the Carleton-York Regiment.<br /> He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Archie CRIPPS [Marian], of Chatham; one brother, Prudence, of Baie Ste. Anne; and one half-brother, William, of Montreal.<br /> The body rested at the slumber room of Baie Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church. Funeral celebrated Thursday morning, November 19, by Rev. D. Gauthier.<br /> The pallbearers were: John MAZEROLLE, Antoin MAZEROLLE, David CRIPPS, Lawrence MARTIN, Phelibert DUPLESSIE, and Harvey DESPRES.<br /> Interment was in the church cemetery with a Legion memorial service conducted by Joseph FLANAGAN and the Last Post was sounded.
