1808-1894<br /> BUCK, NATHANIEL: born about 17 May 1807 Buckfield, Oxford Co, ME USA, died 30 January 1894. He was the son of Nathaniel Buck Sr. and Sarah Seabury. He married Elizabeth Quayle, daughter of William Quayle and Christina Barlow, on 11 August 1831 in Northumberland Co, NB. She was born in County Leitrem, Ireland and died after 1847. Nathaniel served as Overseer of Highways in the 1840’s in the South Esk district. The family lived in Williamstown area where the children attended school until at least 1847.<br /> <br /> Between 1833-1837, Nathaniel and Elizabeth were living at Hodgdon, Aroostook County, Maine as their three oldest children were born there.

He married Evelyn Morse. William graduated in June 1859 from Bowdoin College Medical School at Brunswick, ME and served as a Doctor of Medicine at Foxcroft, ME for nearly 50 years.<br /> <br /> Sarah, born about 1834, Hodgdon, ME, died 1905. She married Eugene Sawyer. She was living in Wisconsin, USA after her marriage.<br /> <br /> Ruth, born about 1839. She married Albert M. Sawyer. They raised a family in Wisconsin. Elizabeth, born about 1841. She died as a young person, sometime after 1859<br /> <br /> Mary died after 1859.<br /> <br /> Date of Arrival: around 1830 from Foxcroft, Piscataquis Co., ME, USA
