AUSTIN, MOSES: born between 1780-1800 in Massachusetts, USA.
In August of 1813, Moses, as a memorialist, petitioned for a lot of 200 acres of upland, joining to a tract of land memorialed for a Mill Tract by Benjamin Stymiest, at the Tabusintac River in the Parish of Alnwick, North’ld Co, NB.
Moses married Eleanor Robinson sometime between August 4, 1813 and September 1, 1821, possibly in Alnwick Parish. Eleanor was born between 1790 and 1800 in New Brunswick.
Moses sold the tract of land, situate lying and being on Portage Brook, known as Lot #2, to Benjamin Stymiest on September 1, 1821. By August 21, 1850 Moses and Eleanor were living in the Williams College Grant division of Aroostook Co, ME, USA.
They both died sometime after July 1, 1860 in Littleton, Aroostook, ME, USA, and are buried in what is now known as the Henderson Cemetery on the Foxcroft Road in Littleton, ME.

Charlotte, born circa 1821, NB, Can, married John Milven Thompson on September 15, 1836.
Margaret, born December 18, 1823, NB, Can, married 1st James M. Chase on December 9, 1840, and 2nd John Lee and 3rd Thomas Kirkpatrick.
Elizabeth, born circa 1826, NB, Can.
Catherine, born circa 1828, NB, Can.
William, born June 23, 1830, NB, Can, married 1st Barbara McDonnell and 2nd Sarah Adams.
Moses, born circa 1832, NB, Can.
Charles Augustus, born May 31, 1835, NB, Can, married Chloe E. Currier.
Ruth, born December 1837, NB, Can, married William Henry Currier.
Lydia, born circa 1841 in NB, Can.
The four oldest: Horace, Hiram, Charlotte and Margaret were all married in Ludlow Parish. It would appear that Horace was the only one to remain in Northumberland County.
In Old North Esk Anniversary Edition, Willis Hamilton lists the other children as Robert, Catherine, Mary, Robert # 2 and Thomas. It seems that they all died in childhood.
Date of Arrival: circa 1800 at the age of 20, to Canada from Massachusetts, USA.
