The Wesleyan Church is a Protestant,evangelical denomination formally organized in 1841.-The Wesleyan Church on the Miramichi was started in 2002; before this, ministers from the Bethany Bible College and the Wesleyan Bible Camp came to hold services.-The church since 2002 has been at three different locations:<br /> 1.Pioneer Senior’s Club, Chatham<br /> 2.D.L.McLaren School, Chatham<br /> 3.G & G Building, Newcastle Industrial Park before purchasing the former Beaubear’s Credit Union building as a permanent site. This building was dedicated on Saturday,September 17, 2005<br /> <br />
