Founded in July, 1989, this church began with eleven people meeting for worship in a garage. Following a 30 day fast, the Fellowship Center was conceived,and the building was built – debt free. The pastor from the beginning has been Jon Stewart. He also pastors the Grace Christian Fellowship Center on the Beaverbrook Road, Miramichi. This Center is a combined congregation of the Christian Fellowship Center and Jubilee Christian Center which used to be at the former St. Mary’s Convent, King George Highway, Miramichi, NB. The Miramichi Fellowship Center is a very community oriented organization. It has the CASP Program, teaches students for their GED ,delivers meals for Meals on Wheels, and runs a radio station.
