Anglican services in Boiestown began as early as 1898 in the Boiestown Hall. This was followed by services from time to time in private homes. A permanent home for St. Peter’s was acquired in 1913.<br /> The present St. Peter’s began as a commercial building and the land on which the church sits was originally owned by a Gunter family and donated to the church by Mr. H. Richards.<br /> <br /> In the 1960’s St. Peter’s was renovated. A new chancel and vestry were added to the existing building as well as a new basement.<br /> <br />
