Church history

Paragraph that details some of the information about this church.
Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church was constructed in 1906 when Edward Murdock was Parish Priest in Boiestown; Our Lady of Lourdes became a Mission Church of Boiestown. From 1906 to the 1990’s this church was the center of an active church community. With the exception of the placement of a new foundation in the 1950’s, Our Lady remained the same throughout the years.
In the 1990’s a new church was constructed in the McDonald Woods, just outside Doaktown, to replace Our Lady of Lourdes as well as the 100 year old Holy Name of Mary Church.
Our Lady of Lourdes was sold and today it houses a dental clinic at 271 Main St., Doaktown.
