This church was built in 1973 on land purchased from Earl McKenna Realty (MVKTO) and dedicated in September of that year. The minister at the time of the dedication, Rev. Samuel Brown, had been ministering to the people of this church since May of 1973, but the church had existed since 1971.<br /> <br /> The building of this church began in 1972; it is situated on McKenna Ave. It is a member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church Evangelical Synod which has about 140 churches in Canada and the USA.<br /> <br /> The main outreach project of this church today is a radio broadcast each Sunday at 8:30 a.m. on the local radio station.<br /> <br />
